The second trailer for the upcoming Captain America: Civil War was released recently. The latest trailer essentially shows us the reason behind the rift between Tony Stark aka Iron Man and Steve Rogers aka Captain America, and its not Bucky Barnes.

Increasing political pressure compelled the need for a system of accountability for the newly-formed Avengers. The pressure resulted from the collateral damage caused by the team's battle against Ultron. A governing body will also be put in place to monitor and supervise the team.

However, Tony and Steve have different views on the issue that resulted to a division in the team. Steve wants the team to remain free in safeguarding the world without any interference from the government while Tony supports the formation of a body to monitor and supervise the activities of the team.

Backing Steve are Bucky, the Falcon, Hawkeye, the Scarlet Witch, Agent 13 and the Ant Man.

On the other hand, Tony has the support of his friend, James Rhodes aka War Machine, the Black Widow, Vision and T'Challa or the Black Panther. In addition to this initial lineup of super-powered beings, someone else swings in to join the came of Tony Stark
